Let me introduce myself-my name is Kadi McCammack. I am a busy mom, wife, paramedic, dental assistant, and the owner of KADI MAE!

KADI MAE is a luxury self-care company that focuses not only on self-care, but the small business aspect of hand-crafted, quality products. You will find body, face, shower, bath, hair, and aromatherapy products all in my online store and at local markets!

I personally try to make self-care easy by conveniently delivering my much-needed products right to your door! Care and the proper research have been taken to make sure all products are PH balanced, follow IFRA guidelines, follow FDA guidelines, are made of safe, recyclable materials, and are formulated with the highest quality ingredients. 

By the way, did you know that partaking in a healthy mental and physical self-care routine is very important for your overall well-being? We are all human and taking care of ourselves can seem hard at times, but here at KADI MAE, taking care of yourself can be a breeze!

KADI MAE does not have a minimum order size. 
The safety of these products is top priority. This is why IFRA guidelines and FDA requirements are always followed. To ensure your safety, always use the product as directed and follow all caution and warning statements listed on each product. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and IFRA Compliance Sheets originating from manufacturers are available upon request. 
You can send an email to kadimaeselfcare@yahoo.com or send a private message through any social media account. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for a response. 
KADI MAE is proudly located in Martinsville, IN, United States.
Currently, KADI MAE is an online company only without a physical store front. However, as KADI MAE grows, a storefront may be available in the future!
No! Your information will never be shared or sold here at KADI MAE.
Color variations do occur due to these products being handmade and not by a machine. Colors in photographs can always appear different than the actual product color.
Restocking items is top priority and is accomplished as quickly as possible. A notification will appear on the website when an item is re-stocked. 
You can view your order history through creating an account and order under that account. If you check out as a guest, you will not be able to view your order history.
Adjustments to orders can be accomplished only prior to receiving a tracking number for your order or a minimum of one hour prior to local pick up. If you need to make an adjustment to your order, please email kadimaeselfcare@yahoo.com immediately.
An invoice will be included with your order. You can also access your order history through your account.
Striving to keep prices consistent is always a priority, KADI MAE reserves the right to change prices without prior notice due to fluctuations in market conditions. 
KADI MAE accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal is also an accepted form of payment through the PayPal link provided on the payment page. 
On the payment page there will be a box designated for coupon codes. Enter the code that was emailed to you in the box and hit apply. Your discount will automatically be deducted from your total.

Coupon codes cannot be stacked at this time.
Unfortunately, any discount cannot be applied after your item is placed and the discount amount cannot be sent as a refund. However, you are always welcome to apply this code to any future orders!
Inventory is updated in real time and there is the possibility that an item could go out of stock while in your shopping cart. Having the item in your shopping cart will not prevent this from happening. Do know that every effort will be performed to re-stock the item as soon as possible. 
At this time, KADI MAE only offers shipping within the United States. 
At this time, a trial period for all methods of shipping will be used. Your order may come by any major shipping company.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Any order $100 or more will have shipping costs waived. Shipping costs are calculated by order price and weight. KADI MAE reserves the right to change shipping prices at any time. 
Yes! If you are able to pick up your product from any of the locations/times offered at checkout, then local pickup is available to you! Also, local pickup is FREE at this time!
Yes, as long as you make this change prior to receiving a tracking number. However, if you've already received a tracking number, then this means your order has already shipped and cannot be changed. 
Oops! KADI MAE strives to get your order to you as timely as possible, but sometimes errors can occur. However, once your package is shipped, KADI MAE no longer has any control over your package and is ultimately not responsible for any delayed or lost packages. Please always check the status of your package with your tracking number emailed to you or reach out to the shipping company for assistance.

Customer Service is always top priority at KADI MAE LLC. Please email kadimaeselfcare@yahoo.com with any questions or concerns regarding your order. In the event your package was lost, and proof is provided, KADI MAE will always strive to make it right!
Due to sanitary reasons, KADI MAE does not accept returns even if you are wanting to return the product because you simply do not care for it.

Proof of damage/leakage detailed pictures will be required. Please email detailed pictures and your order number to kadimaeselfcare@yahoo.com and further assistance can be provided. 
Unfortunately, no, a refund cannot be issued based upon you not liking a product. Please carefully read all the detailed product descriptions before purchasing a product. 
No. All ingredients are listed in detail with the product descriptions in order to not only inform you of what the product is made of, but to also display ingredients for allergy precautions. Please carefully review all ingredients prior to purchasing any product.
