Restocking items is top priority and is accomplished as quickly as possible. A notification will appear on the website when an item is re-stocked.

Adjustments to orders can be accomplished only prior to receiving a tracking number for your order or a minimum of one hour prior to local pick up. If you need to make an adjustment to your order, please email kadimaeselfcare@yahoo.com immediately.

Striving to keep prices consistent is always a priority, KADI MAE reserves the right to change prices without prior notice due to fluctuations in market conditions. 
KADI MAE accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. PayPal is also an accepted form of payment through the PayPal link provided on the payment page. 
On the payment page there will be a box designated for coupon codes. Enter the code that was emailed to you in the box and hit apply. Your discount will automatically be deducted from your total.

Inventory is updated in real time and there is the possibility that an item could go out of stock while in your shopping cart. Having the item in your shopping cart will not prevent this from happening. Do know that every effort will be performed to re-stock the item as soon as possible.

Yes! If you are able to pick up your product from any of the locations/times offered at checkout, then local pickup is available to you! Also, local pickup is FREE at this time!
Yes, as long as you make this change prior to receiving a tracking number. However, if you've already received a tracking number, then this means your order has already shipped and cannot be changed. 
Oops! KADI MAE strives to get your order to you as timely as possible, but sometimes errors can occur. However, once your package is shipped, KADI MAE no longer has any control over your package and is ultimately not responsible for any delayed or lost packages. Please always check the status of your package with your tracking number emailed to you or reach out to the shipping company for assistance.
